She graduated from Selçuk University in Konya, Türkiye in 1998 and was admitted to legal practice in Northern Cyprus in 1999. In 2000, she completed the requirements for admission in the Republic of Türkiye, establishing a dual-jurisdiction professional foundation that has remained central to her practice.

Her experience across the two jurisdictions has provided substantial exposure to distinct legal traditions: the common-law framework materially influencing legal practice in Northern Cyprus and the continental European civil-law tradition underlying the codified legal system of Türkiye. This cross-system experience allows legal issues to be considered from a broad procedural and substantive perspective.

Throughout her career, Kadriye has acted in significant disputes and matters involving private clients, businesses and major corporate interests. Her experience includes complex and high-value proceedings, including matters that have attracted wider public and media attention. Her practice reflects extensive courtroom experience, strategic case management and practical legal judgement developed through decades of professional representation.
